The restaurant food and bakery items are prepared with the best fresh, seasonal and local ingredients available. They support organic farmers and producers, when possible. Workshop: Healing the Fire Within Ourselves

A daylong workshop on deepening our relationship to fire. From this place of balance comes the physical form of fire and an awakening of our inner spirit. This workshop will be a combination of experiences in nature, meditation with journaling, fire teachings, and each person will learn how to make fire with flint and steel.

Fire as the origins of life.
Fire as birth and reformulation
Fire and our spiritual path

October 4, 2008, Saturday 9 am – 5 pm
Registration:
The cost of the workshop is $95 for this full day. An additional cost for the flint and steel is $10.00. A $50.00 deposit is required to hold your place in the workshop.
